KeystoneCO

The Resort

Keystone Mountain, founded in 1970 by Max Dercum, stretches seven miles along the Snake River, over three mountains, 3,100 vertical feet, 2,870 acres of terrain, and three vibrant villages with shops, stores, bars, acclaimed restaurants, first-rate conference facilities, and wonderful accommodations to meet any need.

The three magnificent mountains that make up Keystone resort are Dercum Mountain, North Peak, and The Outback. Keystone offers a multitude of challenges for skiers and riders of all experience levels. There are guided snowcat tours and hiking to new expert terrain in Independence Bowl, the only night skiing in Summit County, and the highly ranked A51 Terrain Park.

Ranked in Transworld Snowboarding's Top 10 Parks of 2006, A51 is currently undergoing creative development to bring you even more exciting features. The Incubator park is a training ground for beginning jibbers before moving on to the 30 slayable rails, 6 wall rides, and superpipe of A51. A51 lights up when the sun goes down to allow the longest days of park riding anywhere in Summit County. Your lift pass will also admit you to Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, and half of your lift pass days are even redeemable at Vail and Beaver Creek!

After a visit to this all-inclusive resort, you will understand why Max Dercum was right; at Keystone, you can find the perfect line, let gravity do its work, and never let go of your smile!
